RESPONSE
Steelforce Security provides alarm response services and 24 hour alarm monitoring services throughout Merseyside in Wirral, Birkenhead, Wallasey and throughout the UK to homes and businesses.

EXISTING ALARM SYSTEM
If you have an existing alarm system, we can connect it to our control room via a phone line. If there is no phone line available on the premises, we can install a GSM Dialler which connects through the mobile network via GSM or GPRS. We can then provide out-of-hours or 24-hour Alarm Monitoring Services.

CONNECTION
We can also connect your alarm system to as many as four mobile phones if you wish to monitor your own alarm system.

MONITORING
If the alarm is activated, our alarm monitoring services will be activated and we will immediately despatch Police to the premises in which we have a confirmed activation; if alarm monitoring is coupled with our Key Holding and Response Service, we would also immediately despatch our Alarm Response Supervisors to meet Police and escort them around the premises.

SECURITY
If there are signs that there has been an actual or attempted break-in, we will contact the property maintenance company of your choice, and remain on site until the premises are secured.
